Overview

At Varscon, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our various offerings, including Motherbot, Varscon Services, and consultation services.

SaaS Products (Motherbot)

Free Trial Period

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. No refund is necessary as you will not have been billed.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Refunds for monthly subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided. However, if you experience technical issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided. Refunds for annual subscriptions will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription period, minus any applicable fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Consultation Services

Cancellation Notice

Consultation bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer additional consultation time or a refund at our discretion.

Custom Development and Professional Services

Project-Based Work

For custom development projects and professional services, payment terms and refund conditions will be specified in the individual service agreement or statement of work. Generally, once work has commenced, payments made are non-refundable.

Milestone-Based Projects

For projects structured with milestone-based payments, each milestone payment becomes non-refundable upon acceptance and approval of the deliverables for that milestone.

Hardware Products

If you purchase hardware products through Varscon, you may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We recognize that exceptional circumstances may warrant special consideration. Refund requests due to the following may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis:

  • Service outages or technical failures on our part
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances (for consultation services)
  • Product defects or failures to meet stated specifications

  • Your name and account email address
  • Order or transaction number
  • Product or service purchased
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting documentation

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days and will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital downloads after download has occurred
  • Completed services or consultations
  • Custom work that has been completed to specifications
  • Third-party services or licenses purchased through us
  • Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
